  1. TheIceBergSlim Says:

yep. they probably give him the shots, too

  2. azaznator Says:

Let’s not forget that he has, what, 15 bodyguards tasked on any emergency?

He’s living like he has no diabetes, and he still wants to complain about it. Fucking wimp.

  3. TheIceBergSlim Says:

He would be complaining too much if he wasn’t on one, so i’m not complaining. It would be nice to have a pump, though

  4. TheIceBergSlim Says:

yea, and his life is half as simple as the rest of us diabetics. I’m glad he is on the pump or else he would be complaining even more

  5. azaznator Says:

Uh, he is on an insulin pump.

  6. WiiForever302 Says:

the reason why nick worries is because his pump was really a penis pump. no wonder he’s worrying.

  7. TheIceBergSlim Says:

Are you FUCKING kidding me? I’m 15, diabetic, and take manual shots for every meal i eat! He’s so fucking rich that he is probably on an insulin pump! That basically means one shot every 3 days. I have never complained about it in my life and here he goes, trying to get people to feel sorry for him. I don’t fall into it for a second. I personally feel a small unique by being diabetic.

  8. hollae0815 Says:

Oh god. You girls need get over it. He’s not going to die. He’s not an inspiration. He hasn’t done anything.

  9. hollae0815 Says:

cool down. he’s not going to die. go ahead and place thumbs down. he wouldn’t even support the cause if it weren’t for him being diabetic.

  10. ZangerProductions Says:

and let me guess, is she 400 lbs?

  11. LuckyNoodles19396 Says:

You can see he isnt too sure about saying about his diabetes. :L

  12. k2ismyhomedog Says:

    This speech made me weep.
I truly look up to you Nick.
YOU ARE a inspartion and a hero !

  15. smileykarategirl Says:

i have diabetes and i really was touched by his tale

  16. azaznator Says:

I didn’t reverse the meaning. Just as a death makes me feel grief, sooner or later it has to come.

Besides, I seriously felt condolences. Did you reckon I was unaffected by a genetic disorder? My neighbor has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and I have to watch him suffer every day. Sometimes he thinks it’s better to die than to live.

Nevertheless, I offered genuine condolences nonetheless. No sarcasm intended at all, my apologies.

  17. XBreatheProductionsX Says:

You gave me your condolences yes, but you reversed the meaning behind them by saying that it necessary.
    Plus, I am being civilized.
I told you to have a nice life.
I reckon that’s pretty sweet, really. And it had just as much genuine feeling behind it as your ‘condolences’ did.
Take that to mean whatever you choose.

  18. azaznator Says:

I can’t believe people like you. I try to be nice, yet you still act like a dick. And I thought you were civilized.

Face it, there are people with different perspectives on life. Yours is not the best, nor the most right. Widen your perspective.

And what the hell is amusing here? Your sister’s death? Did I ever say it’s amusing? I gave you my condolensces, and you insult me.

  19. XBreatheProductionsX Says:

you know what’s amusing? I don’t know why I even wasted my time talking to you. There’s no point.

    Have a nice life

  20. azaznator Says:

And congratulations on your sister’s survival on Trisomy 18. I thought nearly 98% don’t live past their first year.

Unless you mean she died. Reckon about this. If she had lived, she would have passed on this disorder to her offspring, and that would just cause more grief. Somewhere in the line, the link has to die. My condolensces.

  21. azaznator Says:

Finally, Hitler facilitated natural selection, something I don’t admire. He also killed off many talented people, so no, I don’t support Hitler’s holocaust.

What I don’t support is how people support those who die by natural selection by connecting them to health care and such. We are trying to break how nature works, and I disagree. Let the fittest survive, and those who don’t die. Otherwise, we’ll never evolve into a more superior species.

  22. azaznator Says:

On second thought, I read the deleted post. You should really work on venting your rage through different words.I may be controversial, but by no means does that qualify me as an inconsiderate prick. A pragmatist, a realist, maybe.

Anyway, we cannot ignore the fact that natural selection works brutally. We cannot change nature (well we are now, hence the many genetic defects in our population.) Call it insensitive, call it blunt, it’s how life works.

  23. azaznator Says:

Well place, and I agree. My main concern is that he overly publicizes his condition. He’s not the only one who has it, so why do millions of fangirls fawn over it and dread for his life?

I’m pleased that you’re the first person who really answers with a civilized comment without any insults.

  24. XBreatheProductionsX Says:

He inspires people everyday who have diabetes. He writes songs that help people realize that there are reasons to live and that all you have to do is ‘take a breath’ and step back.
He helps people with other diseases/disorders realize that they have what they have for a reason and that you can inspire anyone if you are willing.
He has helped ME get through hard times with my movement disorder by letting me know through his speeches and songs that it gets better.
    THAT’s how he helps people.

  25. azaznator Says:

Really, I would consider killing off the mutants. Why should she suffer life when death is much more appealing?

We do know his diabetes is RELATIVELY MINOR compared to the limb-degrading ones that you type.

Amusing how you mention enjoying life when you don’t want people to die when they suffer from it.
